The attached notice addresses the Memorandums of Understanding ("MOUs") which recently went into effect under the 6-1393-A Outside Agreement. This letter is also being mailed via US Mail to all Local 1393 members. Please note that the MOUs referenced herein can be viewed by going to the Local 1393 website:
