***UPDATE***
At 6:10pm CST today, NIPSCO locked out its workers represented by USW Locals 12775 and 13796. There is not presently a USW-sanctioned strike. All work that is currently being performed by Local 1393 members, including storm work that was assigned prior to the lockout, will continue until we receive notice of a sanctioned strike from the USW. At that point, we will forward instructions to our affected members working within NIPSCO territory. In the unlikely event you encounter a picket line before we have notice of a sanctioned strike, continue to work as assigned.
