 NOTICE

 IBEW Local 1393 is closely monitoring the ongoing labor dispute between USW Local 12775 and NIPSCO. We are aware that strikes or lockouts may occur at various job sites as early as next week.

 Local 1393 intends to stand in solidarity with our union brothers and sisters at USW Local 12775 in their fight for a fair contract. Our “A” Agreement provides that it is not a violation for our members to refuse to cross a legal picket line established by another union.

We don’t have any additional details to provide at this time. However, we will update you as we learn more. If you encounter a picket line next week, do not cross. Contact the Hall and await further instructions.
