The Electronic Reciprocal Transfer System ("ERTS") ensures that your benefit contributions and LINECO credit hours are reciprocated back to your home Local Union when you are working outside of the jurisdiction. Recently this system underwent a complete overhaul.
With the launch of new ERTS platform, Local Union offices have been stripped of their ability to directly access members' ERTS accounts. At this time, only members can log into their personal accounts.
All members who were registered for ERTS prior to the new platform launch have automatically had their ERTS accounts and information transferred from the old system to the new system.
The Local 1393 staff registers new members for ERTS when they initiate with Local1393 and we set your home local designations with Local 1393. After the initial registration, the Hall cannot make any changes to your home fund designations.
If you wish to access your ERTS account and you do not know your password, you will need to submit a password reset request through the ERTS website. That link is here:
https://ibew01.formstack.com/forms/erts_participant_user_information
You will receive an e-mail from "Oracle" so be sure to check your spam/junk folders. Password reset requests can take up to 24 hours.
I have also attached an ERTS flyer for your information and review.
Thank you.
